Toni Howard - PASTRY CHEF, HOME BAKER
Having started my catering career in Thanet catering college, I quickly moved on to working in a small local Michelin star restaurant as commis chef. Working in all area's in several establishments I gained a lot of experience learning all aspects of general cooking including NVQ level 3 in kitchen pastry prior to working abroad for a short period. I found a passion for the sweeter side of things and diversified into making cakes. After making several cakes for private customers i wanted to branch out and concentrate purely on cakes and took the step to open my own shop making cakes for all sorts of occasions, but concentrating largely on wedding cakes. After a few years I unfortunately had to close the shop but having built up a good client base with lots of regular clients I continue to make cakes to order, any flavour, size, or colour, including specific dietary requirements and even made my own wedding cake.

With over 30 years experience making and decorating cakes I'm sure I can provide you exactly what you need, even working from photo's and even just a simple idea from some clients to provide bespoke cakes made to specific requirements.
